Pillsbury Winthrop Data Breach Class Action Settlement
Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP agreed to a $2.34 million settlement over an April 2025 cyberattack. Class members can claim up to $3,000 in documented losses, a pro rata cash payment, and one year of medical data monitoring. File by December 7, 2026.
Chimienti & Associates Data Breach Class Action Settlement
Chimienti & Associates agreed to a $650,000 settlement over a March 2024 cyberattack. Eligible people can claim up to $5,000 in documented losses or up to $100 pro rata, plus two years of credit monitoring. File by December 28, 2026.
Riverside Resort & Casino Data Breach Class Action Settlement
Riverside Resort & Casino agreed to settle claims over a July 2024 data incident, with benefits subject to a $1 million aggregate cap. Class members can claim $50 cash ($75 in California) or up to $3,000 for documented losses, plus credit monitoring. File by January 4, 2027.
McLean Mortgage Data Breach Class Action Settlement
McLean Mortgage Corporation agreed to a claims-made settlement over an October 2024 cyberattack that may have exposed Social Security numbers and financial account numbers. Class members can claim a $45 cash payment or up to $4,000 in documented losses, plus three years of credit monitoring. The claim deadline is December 10, 2026.
Communications Data Group Data Breach Class Action Settlement
Communications Data Group and three co-defendants settled a class action over a February 2025 cyberattack. Claim up to $5,000 in documented losses plus credit monitoring, or $45 cash, by November 10, 2026.
Benworth Capital Data Breach Class Action Settlement
People notified of the May 2025 Benworth Capital data incident can claim up to $5,000 in documented losses or $50 cash, plus one year of credit monitoring. Claims are due December 21, 2026.
CBIZ Data Breach Class Action Settlement
CBIZ Benefits & Insurance Services settled a class action over a 2024 data incident. Claim an estimated $100 cash payment or up to $5,000 in documented losses by December 24, 2026.
Autobell Car Wash Data Breach Class Action Settlement
Autobell Car Wash settled claims over an April 2024 cyberattack that exposed names and Social Security numbers of about 52,700 people. Anyone who received a breach notice can claim $45 in cash with no proof, or up to $5,000 in documented losses, plus two years of credit monitoring. Claims are due November 12, 2026.
