Duke Health MyChart Pixel Tracking Settlement: What North Carolina Patients Need to Know Before August 16, 2026
Duke University Health System agreed to a $3.74 million class action settlement over allegations that tracking pixels on its MyChart patient portal may have shared patients' health-related data with a third-party vendor. U.S. residents who logged into Duke MyChart or the MyDuke Health app between February 18, 2019, and June 17, 2022, can file for a pro rata cash payment — no documentation required — by August 16, 2026.
European Wax Center Website Tracking Class Action Settlement
European Wax Center agreed to a class action settlement of up to $5 million over alleged use of pixels, cookies, and tracking tools on waxcenter.com. U.S. visitors from June 30, 2023 to April 2, 2026 can claim up to $10 by June 30, 2026.
Google Assistant Privacy Settlement: $68M for Smart Speaker & Pixel Users Recorded by "False Accepts"
Google will pay $68 million to settle claims that Google Assistant secretly recorded private conversations through unintended activations and shared audio with third-party review vendors. U.S. users who bought a Google-Made Device (Home, Nest Hub, Pixel) or whose communications were captured between May 18, 2016 and March 19, 2026 can file a claim by August 27, 2026.
Eureka Casino Data Breach Class Action Settlement: Up to $5,000 (Plus $100 for California)
Rancho Mesquite Casino (dba Eureka Casino Hotel) agreed to a $1 million settlement over a November 2022 data breach that exposed Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, passport numbers, and driver's license numbers. U.S. residents whose info was compromised can claim up to $5,000 for documented out-of-pocket losses. California residents qualify for an additional $100 cash payment with a sworn attestation. Claim deadline: May 11, 2026.
Google Android Cellular Data Class Action Settlement ($135 Million)
Google agreed to a $135 million settlement over allegations that Android devices transferred user data to Google over cellular networks without permission. Roughly 100 million U.S. Android users on cellular plans (excluding California's Csupo class) are eligible. No claim form is required, but class members should select a payment method by May 29, 2026 to ensure delivery.
Maxar Space Data Breach Class Action Settlement
A proposed class action settlement resolves claims that Maxar Space LLC and Maxar Space Robotics LLC failed to protect data exposed in an October 2024 cyberattack. U.S. residents can claim up to $3,500 in documented losses, $80 for lost time with no proof, and three years of credit monitoring. California residents can also claim an additional expected $100 CCPA payment. Claim deadline is July 16, 2026.
Pawn America Consumer Data Breach Class Action Settlement
Pawn America (Pawn America Minnesota, Payday America, and PAL Card Minnesota) is paying $3.185 million to settle claims over a September 2021 data breach that exposed Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, and financial account information. Eligible U.S. customers can claim $30 cash with no proof, or up to $5,000 with documented losses. File by July 6, 2026.
Ideal Image Data Privacy Class Action Settlement
Ideal Image agreed to a $3.5 million settlement over allegations it used tracking technologies to share website visitors' personal information with third parties without consent. If you used idealimage.com to book a consultation between January 2023 and January 2026, you may be eligible for up to $17 cash. Deadline: April 27, 2026.
Henderson & Walton Women's Center Data Breach Class Action Settlement
Henderson & Walton Women's Center, P.C. (HWWC) agreed to a class action settlement over a February 2022 data breach that potentially exposed patients' personal and protected health information. Eligible class members can claim up to $2,500 in cash plus three years of free credit and medical identity monitoring. Claim deadline: August 27, 2026.
Trader Joe's $7.4M Receipt Settlement
Trader Joe's agreed to pay $7.4 million to settle claims that some store receipts printed too many digits of customers' credit and debit card numbers. If you shopped between March 5, 2019 and July 19, 2019, you may qualify. Estimated payout: $102.45. Deadline: June 9, 2026.
