State Farm New Mexico UIM Coverage Class Action Settlement
State Farm has agreed to a $20.925 million settlement over allegations it failed to explain New Mexico's UIM offset procedures at the time of sale. Cosequin California Class Action Settlement: Up to $150 for Dog Owners
Nutramax Laboratories agreed to an $11.5 million settlement over allegations it misrepresented the joint health benefits of Cosequin canine supplements. California residents who bought qualifying dog Cosequin products between May 3, 2016 and May 6, 2022 can claim $25 per unit, up to $150 per Household. Claim deadline July 21, 2026.
Berton v. Aetna California Infertility Class Action Settlement: $1.75M Fund, Up to $10,000 for LGBTQ+ Members Denied Coverage
Aetna agreed to a $1.75 million Settlement Fund (plus a separate $250,000 Special Harms Common Fund) to resolve claims that it denied equal infertility benefits to California members in LGBTQ+ relationships. Eligible class members can receive a $10,000 default monetary payment, a $1,408 Dollars for Benefits payment, and a share of the Special Harms Fund. Claim and opt-out deadline: June 29, 2026.
Dodge Ram 1500 EcoDiesel EGR Cooler Class Action Settlement
FCA US LLC has agreed to settle a class action over allegedly defective EGR coolers in Model Year 2014-2019 Dodge Ram 1500 EcoDiesel trucks. Owners and lessees can claim up to $3,000 for a qualifying EGR-caused truck fire, plus reimbursement for tow, rental, and coolant costs from a $750,000 pool, and receive an automatic 5-year, 100,000-mile EGR cooler warranty extension. Claim deadline: May 16, 2026.
LastPass Data Security Incident Class Action Settlement
LastPass agreed to an $8.2M Settlement Fund plus up to a $16.25M Crypto Pool over the 2022 data breach. Eligible account holders can claim a $25 payment with no proof, up to $10,000 in documented losses, $100 for California residents, or up to $900,000 for documented cryptocurrency losses. Claim deadline July 2, 2026.
Discover Card Merchant Class Action Settlement
Discover agreed to pay between $540 million and $1.225 billion plus interest to resolve allegations it misclassified certain consumer credit cards as commercial, overcharging merchants on interchange fees from 2007 to 2023. Eligible businesses can file a claim for at least $10 by May 18, 2026. No proof of transactions required.
Maxar Space Data Breach Class Action Settlement
A proposed class action settlement resolves claims that Maxar Space LLC and Maxar Space Robotics LLC failed to protect data exposed in an October 2024 cyberattack. U.S. residents can claim up to $3,500 in documented losses, $80 for lost time with no proof, and three years of credit monitoring. Pawn America Consumer Data Breach Class Action Settlement
Pawn America (Pawn America Minnesota, Payday America, and PAL Card Minnesota) is paying $3.185 million to settle claims over a September 2021 data breach that exposed Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, and financial account information. Eligible U.S. customers can claim $30 cash with no proof, or up to $5,000 with documented losses. File by July 6, 2026.
Ideal Image Data Privacy Class Action Settlement
Ideal Image agreed to a $3.5 million settlement over allegations it used tracking technologies to share website visitors' personal information with third parties without consent. Tom's of Maine Toothpaste Class Action Settlement
Tom's of Maine and Colgate-Palmolive agreed to a $2.9 million settlement over toothpaste manufacturing practices following an FDA inspection. U.S. purchasers between November 2020 and March 2026 can file for a refund with or without proof of purchase. Claim deadline is July 6, 2026.
Krispy Kreme Data Breach Class Action Settlement ($1.6 Million)
Krispy Kreme agreed to a $1.6 million settlement after a November 2024 data incident exposed customers' names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, and financial account information. Class members can claim an estimated $75 with no documentation or up to $3,500 for documented losses, plus one year of free credit monitoring.
Fandango Ticket Fees and FanClub Class Action Settlement
Fandango agreed to a settlement valued at approximately $9.4 million over hidden Convenience Fees on California movie ticket purchases and FanClub membership issues. Convenience Fee class members can claim $3.25 in cash or automatically receive a $3.25 voucher. FanClub members automatically get a $7.50 voucher with no expiration.
Grubhub California Delivery Driver Misclassification Class Action Settlement ($24.75 Million)
Grubhub agreed to pay $24.75 million to settle claims that it misclassified California delivery drivers as independent contractors. If you made at least one Grubhub delivery in California between December 2014 and March 2026, you may be eligible for a payment based on your miles driven, with a minimum payout of $25.
Comcast Data Breach Settlement: Claim $50 or Up to $10K
Comcast has agreed to a $117.5 million settlement to resolve claims from the October 2023 data breach that exposed Xfinity customer information. Eligible class members can claim a flat cash payment of approximately $50 with no documentation required, or up to $10,000 for documented out-of-pocket losses and lost time, plus three years of free identity monitoring. The claim deadline is August 14, 2026.

Trader Joe's $7.4M Receipt Settlement
Trader Joe's agreed to pay $7.4 million to settle claims that some store receipts printed too many digits of customers' credit and debit card numbers. If you shopped between March 5, 2019 and July 19, 2019, you may qualify. Estimated payout: $102.45. Deadline: June 9, 2026.
Tinder California Age Discrimination Class Action Settlement
