Google Assistant Privacy Settlement: $68M for Smart Speaker & Pixel Users Recorded by "False Accepts"
Google will pay $68 million to settle claims that Google Assistant secretly recorded private conversations through unintended activations and shared audio with third-party review vendors. U.S. users who bought a Google-Made Device (Home, Nest Hub, Pixel) or whose communications were captured between May 18, 2016 and March 19, 2026 can file a claim by August 27, 2026.
AIC Data Breach Class Action Settlement: How to File a Claim by July 22, 2026
American International College agreed to a $315K settlement over its November 2023 data breach. Class members can claim up to $5,000 in documented losses, a pro rata cash payment (estimated around $50), and two years of CyEx credit monitoring with $1M fraud insurance. File by July 22, 2026.
Southern Illinois Healthcare MyChart Pixel Class Action Settlement: $17.50 Cash Payment Plus Free Privacy Service
Southern Illinois Healthcare reached a class action settlement over alleged tracking pixels on its MyChart portal and Health Risk Assessment pages. About 79,215 eligible patients can claim a $17.50 cash payment plus one year of CyEx Privacy Shield Pro by June 15, 2026.
Hy Cite Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Royal Prestige TCPA Class Action Settlement: $4.75M Fund, Estimated $600 to $1,000 Per Claimant
Hy Cite Enterprises, LLC (dba Royal Prestige) will pay $4.75 million to resolve claims it placed artificial or prerecorded voice calls to cell phones of non-customers between October 22, 2020 and September 10, 2025. Each valid claimant is estimated to receive $600 to $1,000. Claims are due by July 8, 2026.
MUBI California Auto-Renewal Class Action Settlement: $1.6M Fund, Equal Share Per Valid Claim
MUBI agreed to a $1.6 million non-reversionary settlement over allegations that it auto-renewed California subscribers without adequate notice or sufficient consent. Eligible class members can claim an equal cash share by June 9, 2026.
Sprouts Farmers Market FACTA Receipt Class Action Settlement
Sprouts agreed to a $5 million non-reversionary settlement over allegations it violated FACTA by printing more than the last five digits of credit, debit, and EBT card numbers on store receipts. Eligible U.S. shoppers from the 2020–2023 class period can claim a pro rata share of the net fund by August 5, 2026.
Shimano Crankset Class Action Settlement
Shimano, Specialized, Trek, and Giant reached a class action settlement of In re Shimano Crankset Litigation over Hollowtech II cranksets manufactured before July 2019. Final approval was granted February 2, 2026. Class members get an Extended Express Warranty through July 29, 2027 automatically; documented out-of-pocket replacement and installation costs are reimbursable. Claim deadline: August 4, 2026.
Amazon Prime FTC Subscription Settlement
Amazon agreed to a $2.5 billion FTC settlement over alleged ROSCA violations in Prime enrollment and cancellation flows. Eligible U.S. consumers who paid for Prime between June 23, 2019 and June 23, 2025 can claim a refund of up to $51 by July 27, 2026.
Tyson and Cargill Beef Antitrust Class Action Settlement: $87.5M for Grocery Beef Buyers
Tyson and Cargill agreed to pay a combined $87.5M to resolve consumer claims that the major beef processors fixed prices on grocery beef from 2014–2019. Pro rata cash payments are available; claim by June 30, 2026.
Robinhood Order Flow $2M Class Action Settlement: Who Qualifies and How to Claim
Robinhood agreed to a $2M settlement over Payment for Order Flow allegations. U.S. customers with qualifying market orders from Sept 1, 2016 to Sept 1, 2018 may receive an estimated $17.60 average. Active account holders are paid automatically; others claim by July 13, 2026.
American Express $17.5M Antitrust Class Action Settlement: Illinois Non-Rewards Credit Card Holders Can Claim by May 19, 2026
After a federal jury found Amex's anti-steering rules violated Illinois law, American Express agreed to a $17.5 million settlement. Only the Illinois non-rewards credit card class can claim a payment, and the deadline to file is May 19, 2026.
Sealy 1250 Thread Count Settlement: $5 Per Product, Up To $40 Without Proof of Purchase
American Textile Company agreed to a $750,000 settlement over allegations that it falsely advertised the thread count of Sealy-branded 1250 thread count bedding. U.S. consumers who bought qualifying products between October 19, 2016 and October 30, 2025 can claim $5 per product — up to $40 per household without proof of purchase, or unlimited with proof. Claims close May 12, 2026.
State Farm Alabama Total Loss Fees Class Action Settlement
State Farm agreed to a per-claim settlement (no common fund) over allegations it underpaid Alabama insureds on first-party auto total loss claims by failing to pay full Purchasing Fees. Eligible Alabama policyholders with a covered total loss claim paid between November 7, 2018 and February 10, 2026 can submit a Claim Form to receive $20.50, with no documentation required. The claim deadline is July 15, 2026.
Eureka Casino Data Breach Class Action Settlement: Up to $5,000 (Plus $100 for California)
Rancho Mesquite Casino (dba Eureka Casino Hotel) agreed to a $1 million settlement over a November 2022 data breach that exposed Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, passport numbers, and driver's license numbers. U.S. residents whose info was compromised can claim up to $5,000 for documented out-of-pocket losses. California residents qualify for an additional $100 cash payment with a sworn attestation. Claim deadline: May 11, 2026.
Google Android Cellular Data Class Action Settlement ($135 Million)
Google agreed to a $135 million settlement over allegations that Android devices transferred user data to Google over cellular networks without permission. Roughly 100 million U.S. Android users on cellular plans (excluding California's Csupo class) are eligible. No claim form is required, but class members should select a payment method by May 29, 2026 to ensure delivery.
Mitsubishi Outlander Hood Flutter Class Action Settlement (2022 Models): Free Hood Replacement and Refunds, Claim by July 30, 2026
Mitsubishi Motors North America agreed to extend warranty coverage and reimburse past hood repair and rental costs for owners and lessees of certain 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander vehicles after allegations that the hoods flutter and bounce while driving. Class membership is set by VIN, free hood replacement at any authorized Mitsubishi dealer is available for 18 months starting May 1, 2026, and reimbursement claims for past out-of-pocket costs must be submitted by July 30, 2026.
LexisNexis Deceased Report Class Action Settlement
LexisNexis Risk Solutions agreed to a $13.5 million FCRA settlement after allegedly reporting living consumers as deceased on identity verification reports. Class members get a minimum of $150, with payouts of $1,000 or more possible. Product Members must file by May 15, 2026.
Transamerica to Pay $57M to Universal Life Policyowners Hit With 2022/23 Rate Increases, Minimum $200 Per Class Member
Transamerica agreed to a $57 million non-reversionary settlement over allegations that 2022/23 MDR Increases breached universal life policy contracts. No claim form — payments are automatic with a $200 minimum. Opt-out deadline May 30, 2026.
PlayStation Store Buyers May Get a PSN Wallet Credit From Sony's $7.85M Settlement
Sony Interactive Entertainment agreed to a $7.85 million antitrust settlement over allegations that it monopolized the PlayStation digital game market. U.S. PlayStation Store buyers who purchased a qualifying digital game tied to a Game-Specific Voucher between April 1, 2019 and December 31, 2023 will get an automatic credit to their active PSN wallet, no claim form. Deactivated‑account holders must contact the Administrator by August 27, 2026.
Ashley Furniture Settlement
Ashley Furniture, Nectar, DreamCloud, and Siena mattress buyers from Oct 1, 2017 to Jun 30, 2024 may qualify for a Voucher from a $9M Common Voucher Fund over fiberglass-in-mattress claims. One Voucher per Affected Mattress, redeemable at the four brand sites with no minimum purchase. Claim deadline July 17, 2026.
