Amwell agreed to a $2.04 million settlement over claims that the LiveHealth Online appointment booking tool shared users' medical information with third parties. Users from October 2024 to August 2025 can claim an estimated $51 to $102 by October 30, 2026.

Palomar Health Medical Group agreed to a $3.1 million data breach settlement. Claim an estimated $60 with no proof or up to $5,000 in documented losses, plus credit monitoring, by October 22, 2026.
Innovative Renal Care Data Breach Class Action Settlement
Innovative Renal Care agreed to a $900,000 data breach settlement over a February 2024 incident. Claim an estimated $100 pro rata payment, up to $5,000 in documented losses, and credit monitoring by December 21, 2026.
NYC Senior Care Retiree Co-Pay Class Action Settlement
The City of New York agreed to settle claims that Medicare-eligible retirees were wrongly charged $15 co-pays under the EmblemHealth-administered GHI Senior Care plan, covering about $53 million in co-pays from January 2022 through January 2023. With proof of payment you can be reimbursed in full, and without documents you can still claim up to $100. Claims are due October 30, 2026.
