AOD Federal Credit Union Data Incident Settlement: Up to $5,000 for Members
AOD Federal Credit Union agreed to a $750,000 settlement over a 2024 data incident. Eligible members can claim up to $5,000 for documented losses, a $75 no-proof cash payment, or credit monitoring by September 1, 2026.
MemorialCare MyChart Pixel Settlement: $750,000 Fund, Claim by August 21, 2026
MemorialCare (Memorial Health Services) patients who used the MyChart portal between March 7, 2022, and July 8, 2022 can file for a pro rata cash payment from a $750,000 settlement.
McKenzie Health Data Breach Class Action Settlement
McKenzie Memorial Hospital d/b/a McKenzie Health System settled over an April 2025 cyberattack. Class Members can claim up to $4,000 in documented losses, or a no-proof $50 payment, plus free credit monitoring, by August 24, 2026.
UPHS / Penn Medicine Pixel Tracking Class Action Settlement
Penn Medicine agreed to a $9.25M settlement over claims that tracking pixels shared myPennMedicine patient portal data with Meta and Google without consent. Pennsylvania residents who used the portal between Jan. 2021–Jan. 2023 can claim up to $15.
STIIIZY Data Breach Class Action Settlement
STIIIZY, Inc. agreed to a $2.95 million settlement over an October 2024 data breach. Class members can claim a no-proof pro rata payment or up to $7,500 for documented losses, plus free credit monitoring.
Kroger Savings Club Settlement: $17M Prescription Pricing Class Action
Kroger will pay $17 million to resolve claims it overcharged insured customers for prescriptions by ignoring its Savings Club discount prices. Eligible class members can file a claim by December 21, 2026.
Costco to Pay $14 Million in Washington Commercial Email Class Action Settlement
Costco agreed to a $14 million settlement resolving claims it sent Washington residents commercial emails with misleading time-limited promotion subject lines. Eligible class members have until August 24, 2026 to file a claim.
Toyota Airbag Control Unit Settlement: $78.5M for ZF-TRW Airbag Defect Claims
Toyota agreed to a $78.5 million settlement over allegations that ZF-TRW airbag control units in certain vehicles could fail during a crash. Eligible owners of qualifying Corolla, Avalon, Tacoma, Tundra, and Sequoia models can claim up to $250, plus recall expense reimbursement, by December 11, 2028.
NY Renaissance Faire Ticket Fee Class Action Settlement
Renaissance Entertainment Productions agreed to settle claims it failed to disclose ticket service fees at the New York Renaissance Faire. Eligible buyers who paid a service fee between August 29, 2022 and April 4, 2025 can claim up to $20 by August 24, 2026.
Urban One Data Breach Settlement: Up to $10,000 for Affected Class Members
Urban One agreed to a $675,000 settlement over a March 2025 cyberattack. Class Members get 3 years of free credit monitoring and can claim up to $10,000 (documented) or a no-proof $500 payment.
Onsite Women's Health Data Breach Settlement: Up to $5,000 Plus Cash Payment, Deadline August 11
Onsite Mammography, LLC, d/b/a Onsite Women's Health agreed to pay $2.525 million after an email account breach exposed patient PII and PHI. Affected individuals can claim reimbursement, a pro rata cash payment, and free credit monitoring.
Flo Period Tracker Data Privacy Class Action Settlement ($59.5 Million)
Google, Flo Health, and Flurry agreed to pay a combined $59.5 million to resolve claims that the Flo period-tracking app shared users' menstruation and pregnancy data without consent. Class members can file a claim online by October 15, 2026 for a pro rata share of the fund.
Legends Hospitality Data Breach Settlement: Up to $5,000 (or $200 No-Proof Cash) + Free Credit Monitoring
Legends Hospitality agreed to an $812,900 settlement over 2024–2025 cyberattacks that exposed customer data. Class members can claim documented losses up to $5,000, a no-proof ~$200 cash payment, and 3 years of credit monitoring.
Heckathorn v. Farmers TCPA Class Action Settlement
Farmers agreed to a $1.25M settlement over telemarketing calls/texts to Do-Not-Call numbers; eligible consumers can claim up to $160 by Sept. 14, 2026.
FitOn VPPA Class Action Settlement: $10 Cash Claims Open Through August 2026
FitOn agreed to a $2.5 million settlement over claims it shared subscribers' video-viewing data with third parties without consent. Eligible users can claim $10 with no proof needed by August 31, 2026.
HSBC Direct Savings Account Interest Settlement
HSBC agreed to a $495,000 settlement over claims it failed to promptly pay interest on Direct Savings Account deposits made via ACH transfer. Eligible customers who file a claim by August 20, 2026 are expected to receive at least $10.
Esse Health Data Breach Settlement: $50 Cash Payment and Free ID Protection
American Multispecialty Group, Inc. d/b/a Esse Health agreed to a $2.525 million settlement after an April 2025 cyberattack exposed patient data. Class Members get two years of free medical identity protection and can claim an estimated $50 cash payment, no proof required, by August 4, 2026.
Barefoot Dreams Class Action Settlement — Get $8 If You Shopped Their Site
Barefoot Dreams agreed to pay $8 to U.S. shoppers whose personal data was allegedly shared via website tracking tech — file by July 31, 2026.
Chattanooga Heart Institute Data Breach Settlement: File a Claim for Up to $5,500 by July 13, 2026
Memorial Heart Institute (d/b/a The Chattanooga Heart Institute) agreed to a $3.75 million settlement over a March 2023 data breach affecting ~460,000 patients. File a claim for documented losses up to $5,500, two years of free medical monitoring, and — if your SSN was exposed — a pro rata cash payment. Deadline: July 13, 2026.
Allina Health System Agreed to a $12.5 Million Settlement Over Pixel Tracking — Claim Deadline Is September 8, 2026
If you used Allina Health's patient portal, bill pay, scheduling tools, or were a general patient at any point between September 16, 2018 and May 11, 2026, you may be eligible for a pro rata cash payment from a $12.5 million class action settlement over pixel tracking privacy claims.
