Amazon agreed to a $2.5 billion FTC settlement over alleged ROSCA violations in Prime enrollment and cancellation flows. Eligible U.S. consumers who paid for Prime between June 23, 2019 and June 23, 2025 can claim a refund of up to $51 by July 27, 2026.

State Farm Alabama Total Loss Fees Class Action Settlement

State Farm agreed to a per-claim settlement (no common fund) over allegations it underpaid Alabama insureds on first-party auto total loss claims by failing to pay full Purchasing Fees. Eligible Alabama policyholders with a covered total loss claim paid between November 7, 2018 and February 10, 2026 can submit a Claim Form to receive $20.50, with no documentation required. The claim deadline is July 15, 2026.

Google Android Cellular Data Class Action Settlement ($135 Million)

Google agreed to a $135 million settlement over allegations that Android devices transferred user data to Google over cellular networks without permission. Roughly 100 million U.S. Android users on cellular plans (excluding California's Csupo class) are eligible. No claim form is required, but class members should select a payment method by May 29, 2026 to ensure delivery.

PlayStation Store Buyers May Get a PSN Wallet Credit From Sony's $7.85M Settlement

Sony Interactive Entertainment agreed to a $7.85 million antitrust settlement over allegations that it monopolized the PlayStation digital game market. U.S. PlayStation Store buyers who purchased a qualifying digital game tied to a Game-Specific Voucher between April 1, 2019 and December 31, 2023 will get an automatic credit to their active PSN wallet, no claim form. Deactivated‑account holders must contact the Administrator by August 27, 2026.
