Anyone sent a breach notice can claim $50 cash with no proof, or up to $5,000 in documented losses plus up to $52.50 for lost time, and every claimant gets one year of CyEx Identity Defense Complete with $1 million in identity theft insurance. Claims are due October 19, 2026.

The New Mexico Department of Justice is distributing about $964,000 recovered from FastBucks under a 2016 court judgment that found its lending practices unlawful. Amazon agreed to a $2.5 billion FTC settlement over alleged ROSCA violations in Prime enrollment and cancellation flows. Eligible U.S. consumers who paid for Prime between June 23, 2019 and June 23, 2025 can claim a refund of up to $51 by July 27, 2026.

State Farm agreed to a per-claim settlement (no common fund) over allegations it underpaid Alabama insureds on first-party auto total loss claims by failing to pay full Purchasing Fees.
