Autobell Car Wash settled claims over an April 2024 cyberattack that exposed names and Social Security numbers of about 52,700 people. Anyone who received a breach notice can claim $45 in cash with no proof, or up to $5,000 in documented losses, plus two years of credit monitoring. Claims are due November 12, 2026.

Skin360 BIPA Class Action Settlement

Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc., now Kenvue Brands LLC, agreed to a $4.7 million settlement over claims the Neutrogena Skin360 skin assessment tool violated the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act. Anyone who used Skin360 while in Illinois between December 9, 2019 and May 5, 2023 can claim a pro rata share of the fund with no documents required. Claims are due November 25, 2026.

Venetian Las Vegas Website Privacy Class Action Settlement

Venetian Las Vegas Gaming agreed to $1.6 million in settlement funds over claims it shared website visitors' guest records and communications with third parties in violation of the California Invasion of Privacy Act. California residents who browsed or booked on venetianlasvegas.com while in California between September 18, 2024 and March 16, 2026 can claim a pro rata share with no records required. Claims are due November 24, 2026.

Live Stream Technology Services, doing business as BuyAlerts, agreed to a settlement of up to $3.6M over marketing texts sent after consumers replied “stop” and to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry. Up to $42.16 per person, no phone records needed. Claim by February 16, 2027.

Visa and Mastercard Nonbank ATM Surcharge Class Action Settlement

Visa and Mastercard agreed to pay $167.5 million to settle Burke v. Visa, an antitrust class action alleging their network rules kept independent ATM operators from charging lower access fees, so cardholders overpaid ATM surcharges. Anyone who paid a surcharge at a non-bank ATM in the U.S. between October 24, 2007 and August 14, 2026 and was not fully reimbursed can claim a pro rata share, no documentation needed to file. Claims are due February 10, 2027.

Raging Waters Processing Fee Class Action Settlement

Festival Fun Parks, operator of Raging Waters, agreed to an $850,000 settlement over claims that ragingwaters.com added a mandatory Processing Fee near the end of checkout without adequate up-front disclosure. Anyone in the U.S. who bought tickets on ragingwaters.com between June 1, 2020 and June 22, 2026 and paid the fee can claim a pro rata share, no receipts needed. Claims are due November 24, 2026.

Anixter Center Data Breach Class Action Settlement

Lester and Rosalie Anixter Center agreed to a claims-made settlement over a July 2023 cyberattack that exposed personal information. Anyone sent a breach notice can claim $50 cash with no proof, or up to $5,000 in documented losses plus up to $52.50 for lost time, and every claimant gets one year of CyEx Identity Defense Complete with $1 million in identity theft insurance. Claims are due October 19, 2026.

FastBucks New Mexico Loan Restitution Program

The New Mexico Department of Justice is distributing about $964,000 recovered from FastBucks under a 2016 court judgment that found its lending practices unlawful. New Mexico consumers who borrowed from FastBucks between 2007 and 2016 can request a pro rata payment based on their loan overpayments, no documents needed if you received a Claim ID. Claims are due November 24, 2026.

Schnucks Rewards Points Sales Tax Class Action Settlement

Schnucks agreed to settle claims that it charged Missouri sales tax on the full pre-discount price when Rewards members redeemed points. Rewards members who redeemed points on tax-eligible purchases at a Missouri Schnucks store between May 2, 2020 and August 7, 2026 can claim a flat $7 cash payment, no receipts needed. Claims are due November 3, 2026.

Concora Credit TCPA Prerecorded Call Class Action Settlement

Concora Credit Inc. agreed to a $9.375 million settlement over allegations it placed prerecorded or artificial voice calls to cell phones of people who were not Concora accountholders, in violation of the TCPA. Anyone who received such a call between May 2, 2021 and May 31, 2026 can claim an estimated $250 to $650. Claims are due October 19, 2026.

Amazon Prime FTC Subscription Settlement

Amazon agreed to a $2.5 billion FTC settlement over alleged ROSCA violations in Prime enrollment and cancellation flows. Eligible U.S. consumers who paid for Prime between June 23, 2019 and June 23, 2025 can claim a refund of up to $51 by July 27, 2026.

State Farm Alabama Total Loss Fees Class Action Settlement

State Farm agreed to a per-claim settlement (no common fund) over allegations it underpaid Alabama insureds on first-party auto total loss claims by failing to pay full Purchasing Fees. Eligible Alabama policyholders with a covered total loss claim paid between November 7, 2018 and February 10, 2026 can submit a Claim Form to receive $20.50, with no documentation required. The claim deadline is July 15, 2026.

PlayStation Store Buyers May Get a PSN Wallet Credit From Sony's $7.85M Settlement

Sony Interactive Entertainment agreed to a $7.85 million antitrust settlement over allegations that it monopolized the PlayStation digital game market. U.S. PlayStation Store buyers who purchased a qualifying digital game tied to a Game-Specific Voucher between April 1, 2019 and December 31, 2023 will get an automatic credit to their active PSN wallet, no claim form. Deactivated‑account holders must contact the Administrator by August 27, 2026.
